Challenging Tree Presentation
Details and Prices
SCHOOL PRESENTATIONS:
(Groups of 60-120 students, 2-3 Presentations per ½ day depending on your break times)
GRADE K-2 (45 MIN)
-Story telling then talking about morals and messages in the story (15 min)
-Talking about what an author or Illustrator does,
how I come up with ideas for my stories, and how a book is made (10 min)
-Magic demonstration showing the power of imagination and showing the children anything is possible when you are determined to succeed (15min)
-Book Signing (5 min)
-Teachers will also receive colouring and activity sheets will also be available.
GRADE 3-4 (45-60 MIN)
-Story telling then talking about the morals and messages in the stories. (15 min)
-Talking about my experiences in publishing my first book, and why I picked “Chico and the Challenging Tree” to share with them. Then talking about what is on the top of their challenging tree. (15mins)
-Magic demonstration showing the power of imagination and showing the children anything is possible when you are determined to succeed (15min)
-Book Signing (5 min)
-Question period (10 min)
At the end of the presentation the teachers will receive worksheet’s for the children to fill in about what is at the top of their challenging tree.
